We are looking for a senior employee to strengthen our Finance Business Advice team. In this role you will be the finance business partner to the Human Resource (HR) director NL.

You will join the Staff department team FBA DBNL which currently consists of 5 finance professionals. In this role you are going to provide complex analytics and insights in the financial trends and performance of the Human Resource (HR) domain.

You will build a strong network across ING with managers and stake holders across all levels of the business. You will give the management of HR your independent (strategic) advice. You will be the go-to person for your colleagues regarding HR related queries and you enjoy helping and coaching others.   

In general you can expect to pursue the following tasks:

  • Monitoring performances by making performance analyses using Business Intelligence
  • Providing HR advise across the business
  • Support the business in process improvement initiatives and upon their request in development and implementation of tools, procedures and policies
  • Contribute to the design and maintenance of the planning & management control framework
  • Budgeting, forecasting and making business cases
  • Responsible for (periodic) reporting internal and (when necessary external)
  • Coordinating the monthly closing processes
  • Be a point of contact for HR related queries and give the management of HR your independent (strategic) advice
  • Coaching colleagues

Your profile
You are a professional with a Master degree in finance and have 5-10 years’ experience in a large corporate environment. You have a strong affinity and experience with HR related topics (WKR, Pensions, CLA) and enjoy supporting an coaching colleagues across the business on HR related topics.  

Building relationships comes natural to you and you enjoy networking and building trust between yourself and stakeholders across the business. You get energized from growing your (HR-) knowledge and being a point of contact for advice in the business.

Requirements

  • Master (MSc) degree in Finance
  • 5-10 Years’ experience in a (business) control or management accounting position
  • Experience in HR related topics (WKR, Pensions, CLA) is preferred
  • Fluency in the Dutch and English language (verbal and written) are essential
  • Experience in giving independent strategic advice to senior management and stake holders
  • Able to and experience with translating complex data into sound advice
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are desired
  • Strong communication skills and able to build a network and relationships across all levels of the business
