You will be responsible to keep the German processes up-to-date and in line with requirements from Legal & Compliance Germany and are able to adjust processes accordingly. Furthermore you will roll out the improvements to other countries within MoneYou. You are contstantly driving to improve those processes in line with Legal and Compliance and at the same time to make them dit into the self-service products of MoneYou (provide ‘no hassle’). Internally, those processes shall be carried out in a digital and lean and mean manner by Operations and Client services. You are able to brief Client Services, set-up process descriptions and work instructions together with Business Operations.
You will align with Productmanagement and Marketing at MoneYou DE and Operational Risk Management regularly. You will also play a vital part of the approval process and align with the 2nd line in Germany. Participation of regular meetings, such as the ‘No hassle meeting’ and ‘ Improvement on Online Client Service’ will be part of your job.
In a nutshell, this role offers you great responsibility and ability to grow within MoneYou. You will be a pro-active member of the international Product Management team and contribute to:

We have been offering savings products in the Netherlands since 2009, in Germany since 2011, in Belgium since 2012, and in Austria since 2014. You will be working in a growing international team at our office, located in Amsterdam, Science Park.
You are a product manager with understanding of saving and investment products and it processes. The consumer market is of special interest for you. Working in a fast pacing environment attracts you.

- You have a Bachelor or Masters degree with focus on Processmanagement (or Marketing)
- Already have relevant experience at (online) financial instutions
- You are driven and has the urge to improve the MoneYou product processes
- Client focus is important for you and you like to match this with the structure at MoneYou
- Communicative and likes to organize internally with the different departments
- Agile working fits to you and you like to be flexible
- You have a hands-on and ‘getting things done’- mentality and work very securely
- You understand legal texts and are able to communicate with legal and compliance
- You are used to communicate in the German and English language (oral and written). Knowledge of the Dutch language is a plus.
We offer a fulltime position as Product Manager at MoneYou. This role offers you great responsibility and ability to grow within MoneYou.
Salary indication: Eur. 70k - 75k all in, 40 hour work week.
