ABNAMRO is looking for experienced and passionate Murex specialists in search of a challenge. In this role you will be part of a team responsible for all changes (business and/or technology driven) in Murex. You will work at the department IT Markets, which is part of IT Solutions.
In this role you will be in direct contact with the business (traders, finance and risk managers) and technology partners (e.g. Murex itself). Making sure the business strategy is translated into the right technology enhancements in Murex. You will also be implementing those changes, doing so in a team of other Murex specialists. You are therefore an all around specialist responsible for analysis up to (and including) implementation.
You will be working in a team with other Murex specialists. Together as a team you will be responsible for all Murex changes. The team is a team of experts in different Murex areas. Given that ABN AMRO has a unique implementation of Murex (all integrated front-to-back, finance, market risk and across asset classes) the team is quite diverse in terms of knowledge and interacts quite intensively to exchange knowledge and decide implementation strategy in terms of technology choices and approach.
