Finance Manager in Veghel

The Finance Manager is the finance business partner for the Finance Director DMV & Nutrifeed. The Finance Manager has knowledge of all reporting processes and will align between all stakeholders (Go to Market MT, Commercial Control DMV, Commercial Control Nutrifeed, Pricing Management, Supply Chain Control Site Veghel and Financial Shared Service Center).
 
Complexity is high which has a large impact on the daily operation. Alignment with the different stakeholders is key.

Your accountabilities and responsibilities within this highly dynamic and agile organization:

Planning & control

• Manage the complete month end closing process;
• Manage the budget and rolling forecast process, responsible for content and stakeholder involvement;
• Responsible for timely and accurate delivery of month end, budget and rolling forecast figures in Hyperion Financial Management;
• Support decision-making by preparation of (ad-hoc) analyses upon request of the Go to Market MT and/or the Finance Director.

 Management information

• Take ownership of respective data domains (e.g. product hierarchy, master data, profit centers and cost centers);
• Responsible for management information (timely, accurate and complete), including development and monitoring of  Balanced Business Plan and KPI’s to optimize performance;
• Drive improvement of the quality of management information / BW reporting / Spotfire.

  Other

• Liaise with the Financial Shared Service Centre, manage operational performance;
• Manage SG&A, FTE overview, transfer pricing, hedging as well as job/task roles assigned to SAP users to avoid SoD conflicts;
• Support Finance Director in more complex IFRS and tax-related matters;
• Manage Internal Control Framework for DMV/Nutrifeed;
• Liaise with internal and external auditor;
• Participate in Continuous Improvement projects within FrieslandCampina.

  SAP

• Take active role in re-design of the Ingredients Enterprise Hierarchy in SAP and related implementations at DMV and Nutrifeed in the coming years.

In order to be successful in this position, we expect the candidate to have the following qualifications:

• Master degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field with at least 6 years accounting and / or reporting working experience preferably in an international (audit) firm;
• Fluent Dutch and English;
• Proactive & effective influencing with communication skills to engage in complex business decision making;
• Highly analytical and good commercial/business acumen;
• Capability to challenge commercial assumptions and to address deviations from plan and drive corrective actions;
• Able to work in matrix organization;
• Strong social and project management skills;
• Analytical, Business sense, result driven, enthusiastic, go getter, drive change, can do attitude with a continuous improvement mindset;
• Systems knowledge: SAP and Hyperion Financial Management.
