Junior Accountant

Ideally, you will have around 2 years of finance experience, preferably gained in an international work environment. As a junior accountant, you will be responsible to process all banks and supplier invoices of the Europe & Africa region and for providing all necessary information/data to the accountant for the monthly close. The main goal of this position is to make sure that you are carrying and monitoring the financial administration of Brunel Energy Europe within the established guidelines, procedures and (legal) frameworks with the aim of ensuring a complete and accurate ledger. In this role you need to work independently and need to be proactive. Your core functional tasks will be processing incoming and outgoing payments according to internal procedures, support the monthly closing and reporting cycle, ensuring deadlines are met and check and signal errors in the connection between the various sub administrations and the ledger in accordance with the established procedures with the aim of realising a correct ledger.
