As the Expert Information Security Officer you lead programs and projects in the field of information security. You are the Expert Information Security Officer is responsible for the ensuring that the confidentiality; integrity and availability of Information Assets for the whole organization is appropriately protected.
To do so you manage programs and projects regarding the development of Information Security services, policies, procedures and tools to be used in the whole organization. You support projects and system owners to comply to in- and external Information Security regulations. Furthermore you are responsible for the implementation of programs/ projects and risk organization. You initiate and manage the creation and implementation of new or changed Information Security services, procedures and tools, delivered through programs and projects, in line with business requirements and expectations. And you evaluate the assignment, draw up a business case, resulting in an approved program/project plans and prioritizes program/project activities and deliverables together with stakeholders. Plus you creates visibility and representation of MoneYou in external networks related to Information Security and the financial industry.

We need a highly experienced lead to evolve, manage and maintain our fraud, identity & access management and IT security practice.  Therefore you require a strong technical and security background and be the content owner at Moneyou. Key to success will require
stakeholder management and people management skills to assemble and manage a team of partners and internal resources. Furthermore, you will have thorough understanding of the banking industry threat landscape. And you are required to ensure continued compliance with regulations and will be the trusted business advisor on risk and strategy for this key area.

Do you think you are a match? Check your profile:
-University degree
-10+ years’ experience in IT, Information security and organisation & process development and business system management.
-2+ years’ experience as an IT program manager.
-Capability to translate IS (technology or risk) issues into a language that the business understands.
-Track record of creating and reviewing information security compliance documents and reports
-Experience in leading a (small) team of professionals and business requirements analyses.
-Understanding of IT strategy and objectives.
-Understanding of risk management, controls and processes.

Salary indication: Eur. 85k-100k all in, fulltime.
