As a Corporate Finance intern you will work closely together with our employees on preparing pitches to win new mandates and the execution of ongoing projects and transactions. During the three-month internship period, you will operate as a fully-fledged team member and you will be actively involved in (strategy) discussions.

Typical tasks of an intern include, amongst others:

• Collecting and analyzing company and market information;
• Preparing presentations for customers and/or other advisors; and
• Performing detailed valuation and financial analyses.

We are looking for candidates with affinity with life sciences and the financial sector. You have excellent analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills and you are a real team player. You have commercial insight, are proactive, see opportunities and dare to take the initiative. You prefer project-based work, are not afraid of deadlines and are willing to take chances. Are you result-oriented and driven, do you think you fit in our organization and do you want to take the challenge?

• Master phase or master’s degree, preferably with a scientific or financial background;
• Proven affinity with the financial world;
• Above average grades;
• Extracurricular activities; and
• Strong communication skills.
