• Take the recently developed Cost Management System to the next level
• Demo the current system to International Stakeholders
• Obtain requirements from the International Stakeholders
• Develop Workforce models to support the International Budget Process
• Analyse, control and document diverse processes, tools and systems.
• Initiate developments of and implement continuous improvements and innovations with regard to processes, tools and systems in the assigned area with the purpose of further optimisation thereof.
• Gathers and shares insights in opportunities and risks regarding processes, tools and systems, and considers them in the implementation of improvements
• Continuous improvement, optimisation and alignment of (work) processes, tools and systems.
• Internal stakeholders are aware of relevant developments and risks and are supported to make informed decisions.
• Management information enables management and/or other stakeholders to make (timely and well-informed) decisions.
• Contribution to promoting change management and continuous improvement within the organization.
• Inform relevant parties of the process improvements and account for stakeholders’ needs and interests
• Coordinate and supervise activities in the assigned team.
