Senior Hybris Commerce Developer in Amsterdam

As a Senior Hybris Commerce Developer you will help our clients achieve their eCommerce vision, with an impactful and excellent delivery of eCommerce solutions with the Hybris Platform. At Deloitte.

You and your colleagues will provide crucial knowledge, expertise  and experience in the field of Digital eCommerce across industries. You will deliver complex feature-rich eCommerce capabilities; while ensuring ease of use of the delivered platform for Direct-To-Consumer and/or Business-to-Business end users as well as the internal enterprise. You are going to take the lead on helping our clients realize their eCommerce vision and goals.

As an individual joining our team, we expect that you feel comfortable working in an Agile team, working closely with the client and team members. As a Hybris Commerce Developer, you should have:

• Bachelors/Master degree in the field of computer science, or other relevant formal education experience;
• firm understanding of the Hybris Commerce architecture, and capabilities offered by the product;
• experience working closely with the client in an Agile team, to design, prototype, develop, test and deliver Hybris Commerce solutions;
• strong hands-on development experience in Hybris Commerce to extend the product capabilities to fit the client’s specific needs; 
• a minimum of 1 full life cycle Hybris Commerce implementation (v6 or higher);
• knowledge of Hybris build framework and deployment possibilities – on-premise and the viable cloud hosting options for the implementation;
• experience in Java Web Development (J2EE) with Spring Framework (Core, MVC, Security, Integration, Batch);
• knowledge of web front end technologies like JSP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON, jQuery;
• experience in writing Unit & Integration tests (JUnit);
• experience in integrating Hybris with ERP solution and Content management solutions (like AEM);
• knowledge of DevOps and hands-on experience with version control solutions like Git.
