Do you have experience in accounts payable? Would you like to work for an international company in Schiphol-Rijk for the coming 6 months?
Your main task is all about the invoices. What are the employee declarations? What is the credit card spending, do you have all the digital invoices and can you code them correctly? You will also check and book the purschase invoices. It is also important to look at the cash-books and the bank statements. You will also be responsible for sending weekly overviews of outstanding credits. There are different tasks but all very important. It is also good to know you will be talking a lot with the suppliers about the invoices that still need to be paid. We therefore ask you to have at least some experience in Accounts Payable could be an internship as well.
Are you the only one responsible for accounts payable? No, you will be working in a team and handle all the cores together. The team is growing to meet the currect high demand towards the end of the year. The company you will work for is a media, entertainment and technology company. You will work at their HQ in Schiphol-Rijk. The main language in the company is English, if you speak Dutch it's a plus!
