We are changing the game of regulatory risk. In a constantly changing regulatory environment, we believe compliance can - and should - drive performance. How? We are in the front-line reshaping regulatory trends and we use cutting-edge technology (think: data analytics and machine learning) to create greater compliance efficiencies. Do you like to challenge the status quo? Are you looking for a new challenge in your career? Join us in preserving value and powering performance for our clients.
Tell me more about the team! Our team consists of about 50 professionals specializing in solving complex regulatory issues for our clients. The cooperation within our teams is informal, as is the general atmosphere. We help each other to get the best solutions for our clients. We are proud to have different professional backgrounds: lawyers and criminologists team up with mathematicians and finance professionals.
Within Regulatory Risk we work together to support clients in anticipating and adapting to changes in the regulatory environment. We cover the entire lifecycle of regulatory risk: from strategy to compliance and response.
1. Strategy: Help clients understand and anticipate to new laws and regulations. We do this by developing strategies, business structures and processes.
2. Compliance: Support organisations in designing, evaluating and transforming processes, controls and infrastructure to be compliant with existing law and regulations and foster integrity. We believe that through compliance clients can maintain their business value - and even create a competitive advantage.
3. Response: Help clients react to specific gaps in their regulatory compliance programs. These projects are often driven by actual, or upcoming, findings of the regulator.

Using robotics to drive compliance modernizationAs a manager you are a driving force behind the innovation of our services. When a client asks for our help in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of their compliance function, you pitch your newly developed proposition around Robotics Process Automation (RPA). Your main selling point is that RPA greatly enhances compliance monitoring and testing. It can do so by reducing the time-consuming processes of collecting, compiling, cleansing, and summarizing large amounts of information.
Being the manger on the project, you first identify which compliance processes are in scope. You work together with your RPA specialist colleagues to ensure that the clients’ processes, data, systems, and the overall governance structure are ready for the introduction of RPA. When the client is ready, you oversee the implementation of RPA. Finally, once RPA is implemented, you guide your team in defining a set of compliance performance metrics, such as key performance indicators (KPIs).
