(Senior) Manager Sourcing & Procurement Strategy in Amsterdam

Leveraging your experience in the area of (Digital) Sourcing & Procurement, you create value by optimizing the Source-to-Pay function for industry-leading clients. You deliver innovative solutions to accelerate strategic sourcing of both direct & indirect spend, design new Procurement Operating Models, deploy digital solutions, drive M&A synergies and strengthen supplier risk management. 

As (Senior) Manager Sourcing & Procurement Strategy you lead multidisciplinary project teams, build long-term relationships with our clients and deliver innovative, sustainable outcomes, to improve the competitiveness of our clients.

• driving business development and leading sales pursuits;
• leading & managing the project delivery and the team;
• working with our leading Dutch and international clients;
• helping further develop existing propositions and (co-)creating new value propositions;
• contributing to Marketing related events in the Sourcing & Procurement Strategy domain;
• making an active contribution to coaching and knowledge development of junior colleagues.

For the role of (Senior) Manager Sourcing & Procurement, you also have:

• at least 7 years of relevant work experience in Sourcing & Procurement and Consulting;
• a university master's degree of a university study;
• excellent interpersonal and people skills;
• strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate complex problems into actionable solutions;
• demonstrable commercial experience; 
• flexibility to work abroad when required;
• excellent command of the English and preferable Dutch or French language.
