COO Risk & Finance delivers a wide range of different finance and risk-related services in the areas of change, operations, process optimization as well as data management, analytics and reporting. COORF plays a key role in supporting ING to become a data-driven organization and has a clear vision and purpose for the future: To deliver best in class data, insights and advice which empower our consumers to control, explain, predict and optimize the performance of ING.
We are looking for a senior Blackbelt in the CoE Process & Robotics within COORF’s Process, Control and Risk (PCR) department. PCR’s main responsibilities:
Your working environment
The Process & Robotics team are COORF’s internal process consultants helping our stakeholders in COORF, CFO and CRO to optimize their processes based in ING’s GPM standards. As a senior blackbelt you closely cooperate with our stakeholders in designing, implementing and controlling (continuous) improvements in business processes, organization set-up and operational impact in order to reduce costs, increase client satisfaction or impact another business metric.
You act within all layers of the organization, from operation to management. To really understand the problem of a department, but also to ensure that the implementation runs smoothly, maximum use is made of your interpersonal and coaching skills. Employees in this role initiate changes in behavior and culture via training and coaching of the management involved. In addition, you have strong analytical skills with which you can quickly apply the correct structure to problems, perform analysis and select the correct root causes and solution directions. You have a lot of responsibility within a project and you have real influence on the outcome, and thus on the service to our customers.
