You’ll help Deloitte, Salesforce and MuleSoft leadership by establishing a collaborative environment. By continually articulating Deloitte’s value proposition to Salesforce and inform Deloitte’s leadership of new market opportunities you drive revenues for both. By connecting people of both organizations and combining this with a ‘getting things done’ mentality, you’ll contribute to our goal of being the number one Salesforce practice in NL.This is how
Develop a key partner relationship with Salesforce and act as the single point of contact of our combined Salesforce/MuleSoft practice for internal and external stakeholders;
understand the Salesforce global and local organization and ensure a good and trusted relationship with the Account Executives, Alliance Management, Pre-Sales organization and Leadership of Salesforce;
facilitate the collaboration between Deloitte and Salesforce especially around the focus on key industries and clients, including setting up Quarterly Business Reviews;
work closely with Salesforce and Deloitte to create an annual marketing plan that supports the alliance business objectives. Provide support and oversight to marketing campaign and event execution. Coordinate with colleagues to ensure collateral is up-to-date;
articulate the business value of Salesforce & Mulesoft products and services and suggest ways that Deloitte’s Client Service Leaders can leverage the relationship within their own businesses;
proactively seek opportunities to leverage past successes in new markets;
support the bid teams on selected key opportunities;
make the Salesforce leadership aware of any local market and Salesforce evolutions (competitions, key people, …) and vice versa.

For the role of Alliance Manager Salesforce & MuleSoft, you also have:
a university or bachelor's degree;
at least 6 years of work experience as Alliance Manager and/or Account & Relationship Manager;
a background in Consulting and/or Software Technology industry;
an excellent command of written and spoken Dutch and English.
