What are you going to do:

As a German Customer Care Agent finance in Amsterdam, you will help out the German department for around 3-4 months. This company is specialized in investments for private investors, which is currently located nearby Amstel station.

If you have some interest in this field or even experience in a similar role that would be great, however this is not a hard requirement. If you have never had any experience in a related industry, don't worry! They will give you proper training about the role.

When you have finished the training, your main task is to handle some phone calls, payments and processing cases from their private investor-customers.
