As a Workforce Transformation (Senior) Manager, you help people and organizations achieve their strategic objectives in performance and growth by preparing their workforce for the Future of Work. You understand the talent challenges of individuals and organizations and you will offer innovative approaches and organizational development solutions. As a (Senior) Manager, you will lead project teams at clients in one or more of our expertise areas including: Talent Strategies, Strategic Workforce Planning, Rewards, Well-being, Learning advisory, Learning experience, and Learning technology.

This is how
  • understanding the challenges and goals of our clients and Deloitte, align people to these objectives by setting clear priorities and direction;
  • leading and developing high-performing teams of junior and peer colleagues in joint client-Deloitte project teams, often multi-site, multicultural, and in an international context;
  • contributing to the development of the Workforce Transformation team by developing new offerings, being a people coach, and supporting management;
  • establishing and developing your own network of business relationships with external clients and relevant Deloitte stakeholders and open this network for colleagues too;
  • leading concrete commercial activities through opportunity spotting and qualifying, account development, leading commercial bids and maintaining relationships with client decision makers. Your focus will be on a specific (set of) clients in a specific Industry (Public, Telecom Media & Technology, Consumer & Industrial Products, etc.);
  • contributing to the creation and distribution of Deloitte eminence by doing research on strategic trends, writing Points-of-View or White Papers, speak on relevant seminars, and develop and facilitate training to junior and peer colleagues.

For this role you also have:

  • a University degree (preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or Learning & Development);
  • proven working experience in a (consultancy) environment focusing on L&D/HR/Talent/Innovation/Rewards/Wellbeing/Digital technologies and tools;
  • proven experience in developing talent and/or learning strategies;
  • proven experience in working in multi-disciplinary teams and fast-paced project environments;
  • proven experience of leading successful teams and managing large engagements on time and within budget;
  • willingness to travel and work internationally (primarily in Europe);
  • fluency in Dutch and English (orally and written).
