What impact will you make?

As Contact Centre Solution Architect, part of Deloitte Digital - Customer & Marketing, you will be in charge of bringing contact centre project implementations to life by working closely with our customers. You should be an expert in understanding customer business processes and requirements around contact centre to build scalable solutions using your deep knowledge of omni-channel solutions

You will be ensuring customer success by building and launching solutions such as Amazon Connect / Service Cloud Voice, taking part in the analysis of the system architecture as well as in the technology selection by complying with strategic guidelines and integrations. In addition you will lead the analysis of technical and business requirements, in order to ensure solution delivery.

Shape and lead an internal team of Deloitte professionals to work with omni-channel solutions. Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst them. Mentor the team members on Amazon Connect best practices, consulting, and configuration

This is how
  • Contribute to every phase of the project lifecycle, including ramp up, build, testing, deployment, and support; 
  • Dive deep into Amazon Connect capabilities, build POC’s and present it to potentials clients; 
  • Lead discovery and requirements refinement sessions to uncover customers' business, functional, and technological requirements and deliver solutions to meet customers’ business requirements; 
  • Conduct one-to-few and one-to-many training sessions to transfer knowledge to customers considering or already using Amazon; 
  • Educate customers of all sizes on the value proposition of Amazon, and participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud; 
  • Collaborate with project management and IT development teams.
