Contact Centre Consultant in Amsterdam

Customers are rapidly adopting cloud-based contact center voice channels, like AWS Connect and Service Cloud Voice, as a way to build scalable and cost-effective web and IT solutions for their businesses. Customers are facing challenges in managing customer service efficiently and seeks to address the daily pain points of meeting the high bar of delivering outstanding customer service. Therefore, Deloitte is looking for a functional Contact Centre Consultant to offer our customers a compelling solution for their contact centre needs and support our digital voice channels capability.
In this position, you will educate customers of all sizes on the value proposition of Contact Centre solutions by conducting one-to-few and one-to-many training sessions to transfer knowledge to customers on adopting scalable Contact Centre solutions. Furthermore you will build deep relationships with main stakeholders within customers to enable them to be cloud advocates.

• Participate in discovery and requirements refinement sessions to uncover customers' business, functional, and technological requirements and deliver solutions to meet customers’ business requirements; 
• Analyse requirements of a contact centre client; 
• Collaborate with Technical Architect to build scalable solutions;
• Support POC’s on digital voice channels solutions such as Amazon Connect; 
• Ensure customer success in building and launching Contact Centre solutions; 
• Develop workshops and training sessions to design and implement scalable contact center solutions;
