Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a team player who is enthusiastic to join the Management Reporting & Analytics tribe to work as Chapter Lead for 10-15 Model Data Analysts. The Chapter Lead should be capable of quickly understanding a complex environment and system/data landscape and enjoys to help teams of highly skilled professionals to grow further in their craftsmanship. Together with the other members of the tribe leadership team he/she is key in driving overall Tribe performance.
Your work environment
You will join the Management Reporting & Analytics Tribe within the COORF organisation as a Chapter Lead. Together with the Tribe Lead, IT area lead, other Chapter Leads and the Product Area Leads you steer the MR&A Tribe to deliver data solutions for the Risk Modelling community, with a focus on the Data Analytics Product Area.
Job description
As Chapter Lead you facilitate the personal development and perform the evaluations of the 10-15 members of this Chapter. You get energy from sharing your knowledge with others and you enjoy coaching (on knowledge, skills, competences and behavior) to get the best out of people and to motivate them to strive for the best results. You have an exemplary role with regard to the orange code and one agile way of working.
Since ING is on a journey to implement modelling as a service, you will also take up accountability to ensure innovation and automation initiatives within the modelling ecosystem lead to the desired end state. You will do this by continuously aligning and influencing product owners of different areas across model validation, model development and MR&A and with colleagues working in different geographies.
As Chapter Lead you will take up responsibility to steer on strategic topics and have the managerial courage to challenge and take decisions. You contribute to defining and implementing the strategy of the Product Area and Tribe to meet our goals in the area of Management Reporting & Analytics. You are able to bring people together to deliver towards the same purpose and to empower teams to act autonomously, think out of the box and hold them accountable. You bring an inspiring and energetic leadership style to lead teams through change.
