The Global Transformation & Change Finance team financially oversees and supports global transformation initiatives. It advises both the Group COO/CTO as well as the Transformation Lead Committee and MBB on the performance of the global transformation, both on programme and portfolio level.
Are you motivated to team up with a leading international bank at the forefront of technological innovation and digitalisation? We are looking for a skilled and driven strategic finance professional to help provide financial control and strategic advice on ING’s transformation portfolio. You will operate in the transformation domain with key stakeholders across the entire bank. This will require the ability to challenge and connect at various levels within the organization. Your work will directly impact senior executive management, enabling strategic and tactical decision making.
Role and responsibilities
Our Global Transformation & Change Finance team has been integral to enable ING’s transformation journey. The team is part of the broader COO/CTO Finance team that aims to enable and empower the COO/CTO organization to make robust business decisions based on the provision of insightful analysis and actionable commercial advice.
The COO/CTO Finance team’s purpose is to be the co-pilot in achieving a competitive advantage for ING by transforming and running technology and operations. This is achieved by the following enablers:

How to succeed
In this position, we are looking for a hands-on person, able to support in creation, assess, supports building and advice on investments/business cases facilitating decision making at Board of Director and Investment Committee level.
You have proven experience in working in an industry where investments in change projects are common and established management and reporting process are in place. Having the right behaviour and attitude is as important as having the knowledge and experience.
