As an Associate at ING Business Banking Sales NW, you have an exciting commercial role in which you quickly learn the ropes of our fascinating profession. This is the ideal (starting) position for a successful career in banking.
You are part of a multidisciplinary Client Service Team (CST) in the region, which is responsible for serving MidCorp customers in a particular sector. These are customers that operate nationally, but also customers with international exposure. You will work together in the team with a relationship manager, a lending specialist and a Transaction Services consultant - highly experienced colleagues who will teach you all the ins and outs and give you every opportunity to handle matters yourself. If you set high standards for yourself, like your colleagues, and also take the initiative, you will work as a fully-fledged member of the team from day 1. Your role is to help the team, in the broadest sense, to be as successful as possible and continue to grow in its role of serving MidCorp customers. What exactly you will do is pretty extensive and also depends on you personally to some extent. However, your primary tasks include:
- carrying out market analyses;
- working on high-quality customer presentations;
- preparing meetings and discussions with customers;
- solving problems;
- staying in touch with customers.
