Senior Consultant Retail COO

The Retail COO central team is looking for a senior consultant to advise the global and local leadership teams and enable decision making and execution focused on accelerating the digitalisation roadmap.

The role will focus on diagnosing problems, designing and operationalising solutions, based on a solid understanding of the Retail COO strategy and way of working.

What will you do;

• contribute to transformation projects and enable enhanced synergies between the countries.
• plan and deliver stakeholder engagement activities to develop effective project working relationships and to ensure that stakeholder needs and concerns are identified and met
• engage directly with the Retail COO country leadership teams to support the achievement of defined transformation and execution milestones
• identify and evaluate complex, expertise-led solutions against a range of criteria to find the ones that best meet business needs
• provide an outside-in view and advise on best way forward to achieve efficiencies

What will you bring?

• Master degree
• At least 5 years of experience in consultancy and able to demonstrate:
• direct contribution to and steering of complex transformation projects, ideally focused on digitalisation
• delivery of tangible and measurable results
• ability to navigate through complex organizational set-up and influence a wide range of stakeholders
• very solid understanding of improvement processes and digitalisation components (work flow tooling, robotics, basic advanced analytics, etc.)
• capacity to manage multiple projects at the same time
• Experience in financial sector, understanding both local and global dimensions
• Self-starter and fast learner
• Excellent level of English (written and spoken)

The role will be part of the central leadership team and will report into the Retail COO.
