What are you going to do:

As a Management Assistant at ABN Amro in Amsterdam, you will be the right hand of the management team. Your organizational skills and excellent time management ensure that everything runs smoothly. You will support the team in administrative tasks, schedule and organize meetings and appointments, and ensure flawless communication within the organization.

It is your responsibility to take minutes during meetings, prepare status reports and create IRB models. Additionally, you will manage documents and archives and update project plans. This job is easily combinable with another job or study, as we will schedule around your school timetable. They are looking for someone who can fill this position for a year.

Who are you?

As a Management Assistant, you excel in organizing and communicating. You possess strong organizational skills and excellent time management. Additionally, you have good communication skills and problem-solving abilities. 

Working hours and location: As a part-time Management Assistant, you'll have a flexible schedule, committing to 16 to 24 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Your primary workplace will be our Amsterdam office. Additionally, you have the option to work remotely from home.
