What are you going to do:

As an Administrative Assistant, you are responsible for the daily production of Market Data. You produce Market Data objects such as Interest Rate Curves based on quotes provided. These data objects are input for the daily and monthly profit and loss accounts of the Front Office. Are you enthusiastic about collecting, validating and distributing market data to various departments worldwide? Are you an expert in Excel and are you looking for a dynamic job? Then read on!

Switch quickly in the event of disruptions and resolve this;

• Supporting the team in maintaining configurations and definitions of the Market Data objects;
• Contributing to Market Data projects, for example setting up new objects, or implementing process improvements;
• Administrative processing utilizing Excel;
• The provision of ad-hoc information for internal customers.

Good to know:

• A top job of 12 to 18 hours a week;
• You are available for 2-3 days a week;
• You are going to work with Excel and Access;
• For this job you need to work in the evenings/night, the shifts is from 16:00 till 01:00
• Morning shift are 09:30 till 13.30.
