IT Business Analyst ALM - Amsterdam

You're the business analyst who wants to make the difference in and outside your Agile team.We're searching for our IT ALM (Asset Liabilty Management) team which is part of the domain IT Functions. IT Functions delivers solutions for the staf departments of ABN AMRO (Finance, Risk, Facility management, HR, ALM, Communications etcetera). We're in the transition to Agile so that means that you are part of a scrum team, delivering solutions for the ALM business.

As a business analyst you are responsible for several business analysis activities, like requirements engineering & management and data analysis. You produce user stories for the scrum team who will build this new software and you're able to help with (functional) testing and the design of the new solution. 
The ALM is quite a complex but really interesting business to work with. You have good insights inWe’re making a change in the way we want to handle the client change wishes. It's going to be an agile way of work. You’ll be working with enthusiastic and curious colleagues. The team size is about 9 people with different knowledge areas. There are multiple Agile teams working within ALM.

The IT ALM team is part of the IT Functions Domain. IT Functions services all non commercial business of ABN AMRO, the staf departments. They are responsible for developing and implementing new systems and changes.

We are looking for you if you find the IT environment very interesting, keen in learning new people and new topics. Curious to find out innovative ways of bringing ABN to the future and if you have knowledge off Asset and Liability Management. We're looking for people on different levels, so both experienced as more junior candidates.

• At least a bachelor degree in the field of IT, Finance or Econometrics
• Sound knowledge of financial instruments like fixed income, derivatives, Swaps (TRS, PRS), OTC options, Turbo’s , etc.
• Knowledge of Asset Liability Management
• Knowledge of or experience with Agile Scrum
• Experience as an IT Business Analyst or Engineer (for the more medior/senior role).
