For our new client, a rapidly growing and expanding international retail and trading company in state of the the art bicycles, we are recruiting for a finance manager for the Dutch organization - ECC Bimas Bikes - who will set up and lead the Dutch finance organization in close collaboration with the Holding CFO and the general manager. The Finance Manager will take responsibillity of all finance operations and will lead the finance team.

This newly created position is the result of fast growth and high ambitions. ECC Bimas Bikes currently has a market share of 10% of the Dutch market and will be expanding in the Netherlands and abroad.

The ideal candidate will thrive as the head of small team, working closely with the business to bring the company and its finance organization to the next level.


Responsibilities
• Coordination all financing operations of the company,
• Heading both accounting and finance personnel (3fte),
• Creating management reports based on P/L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow data,
• Management of import/export financing tools,
• Relations management of all financial institutions ,
• Being a team member in Risk Committee,
• Continuously looking up for better financing options,
• Controlling the legal relations,
