For our International Private Banking (PBI) Portal w're currently recruiting Business Analyst IT International. For our main supplier for our Digital Ambition we are looking for a Business Analyst with strong technical analytical skills for one of the scrum teams (Investment Execution). With your experience you make sure your team succeeds in delivering the customer-facing IT solutions for our international clients. You will work on the PBI Portal, the in-house developed omni channel solution for internet banking (web and app) for our private banking international clients. You work with one or two scrum teams and are primarily responsible for portfolio planning and requirements analysis. Secondarily you will work on design, development and testing of the applications.

You will work as PO/BA in one of the 7 PBI Portal Scrum teams of Channels International. Together with your scrum team you will help the stakeholders to further refine his/her needs. Secondarily you will work on design, development and testing of the applications.

Within the portfolio of IT International, PBI Portal encompasses 7 scrum teams that fall under the sub domain Online and Mobile of Channels International. You will work closely with the other scrum teams and local IT & Business of France and Germany.

In your role as BA you are or will work very close together with the PO that owns the product on behalf of the user and is empowered to decide what the product should look like and do, and when which functionality is released. Your responsibility will be to leverage product increments to understand what users need and how their needs can be best met and to refine product backlog and write stories

• Education level: Bachelors/Master’s degree
• Experience as business analyst or (technical) product owner
• Understanding of the core concepts and techniques of agile IT development
• Technical skills and knowledge are preferred but not a must you must be able to understand the concepts easily (our landscape exists out of Backbase, Backbase SDK’s, Oracle Databases, Webseal, Gemalto, IBM Connections, Triple’ A, IAC and some local external vendors. We develop Web and hybrid apps (IOS and Android). Our main developing languages are Angular JS, Java J2ee and Java Script)
• Have the ability to understand end user (business) requirement and Private Banking Business
• Detailing the requirements, refining user stories, documenting acceptance criteria, breaking use cases to user stories and defining business rules and scenarios.
• Languages: English and a plus if one of the following languages (French, German, Dutch)
