You will work in a team of 7 employees, including the team head and a support officer. Together with the team you are responsible for perfect credit- and collateral documentation for our clients within the Corporate & Institutional Banking.

The team is responsible for drafting, negotiating and managing credit- and security documentation on the basis of the bank’s approved templates (including LMA “light”). You shall ensure that the contracts are issued on time, error-free, understandable and in accordance with the approved credit- and legal conditions. You will review documents drafted by the Client’s legal counsels for international lending transactions, you will advise on the legal implications of credit structures and you will assist account managers with negotiating terms. The department serves as center of expertise for credit- and security documentation within ABN AMRO Corporate & Institutional Banking. You will have an important role regarding the client satisfaction and the reduction of legal and operational risks. You will be communicating with account managers, clients , bank's legal department, risk managers, operations and external legal counsel.

• Educated to University level in law
• Agile mindset and can do attitude
• Experience with credit & security documentation  
• Well organized, accurate and capable of working under pressure
• Practical and hands-on mentality
• Fluent in Dutch & English (verbal and in writing)
• Excellent communication skills (be able to interact with various business lines)
