Controls, Projects & Innovation Senior Advisor in Amsterdam

ING is looking for Finance Advisor to join the Controls, Project and Innovation team “CPI”. The team is newly created within the WB Global Finance and is reporting directly to the CFO Wholesale Bank (“WB”). WB is present in over 40 countries with a balance sheet of EUR 220bn. The team is responsible for the oversight and coordination of ING’s Global control framework within WB, plays a pivotal role in Projects within the WB Finance domain and is an ambassador of the Innovation within the WB Finance domain. The team is involved in many senior committees within ING.

As a Finance Advisor CPI , you work within a multidisciplinary team with a range of areas of responsibility including IFRS, Regulatory, Process Optimisation, Controls and oversight (11 FTE). The team has a global reach and has many stakeholders including Group Finance, Group Treasury, Wholesale Banking Business teams and ING’s Assets & Liabilities Committee. Skills

Experience and Knowledge Required

- A master degree, preferably in Auditing or in a comparable study

- Preferable post-master degree in auditing (e.g. RA)

- Knowledge of IFRS preferably in relation to Financial Institutions

- More than 5 years relevant experience

- Fluent in English, both spoken and in writing.
